Thank you for buying from the Digital Muzes LLC. If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to discuss your concerns. It is our aim to fully meet our client’s expectations and where we may fall short, we would appreciate and welcome the opportunity to course correct to satisfy your reasonable expectations.
The following terms are applicable for any service, products or subscriptions that You purchased with Us.

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:
- Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Digital Muzes LLC, and its various products and services.
- Goods refer to the items offered for sale.
- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
- Service refers to the Website.
- Website refers to digital subscriptions and services accessible from muzes.io or various affiliate links and funnels; or any other done for you service that you hired us for.
- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Conditions for Returns
NO REFUNDS are available on digital subscriptions, digital products and/or digital marketing services.
The following cases are not eligible for return.
- The Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized, and subsequently approved by you in writing.
- Done for You Service in which projects have already been initiated.
- The Goods which are launched, or made live, by beginning a marketing campaign using the Goods.
- A Subscription Service can be cancelled on any given date.
- Auto Recharge Payments (for SMS/MMS texting, phone numbers, calls, A2P registration fees, and emails sent within our CRM) are not refundable since they are a direct bill incurred by the Digital Muzes LLC to provide you those services in partnership with phone and email carriers and providers.
- While Digital Muzes LLC is provided as a month-to-month service with no commitment, promotions and package rates are made available at a reduced rate. To provide these massively discounted services, You are entering into a term-based commitment to the services included. As such, any Digital Muzes LLC, Marketing+ and Done-For-You promotional purchase including, but not limited to 3, 6, or 12 month packages are non-refundable.
- From time-to-time, exclusive annual plans and life-time access plans are also made available. In alignment with the previous conditions, these plans are not eligible for refunds.
- Unused months of service or hours of Done For You assistance are not eligible for partial refunds in the case of the promo packages or extended service commitments listed above.
- Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.
- Users who break our Terms and Conditions including, but not limited to, intentional spamming, phishing, or scamming through Digital Muzes LLC’s digital product as well as cancellations due to abuse towards Digital Muzes LLC service providers are not eligible for refunds.
