  • What do you mean by "Agreement"?

    By signing up for the Services, you accept the Terms of Use, Terms of Service and Privacy Policies which together constitute a contract between us (referred to as the “Agreement”). In the case of an Order Form (if applicable to you), the Agreement begins to bind you on the effective date set forth in your signed Order Form.

  • Do I need to sign the Agreement?

    No, you don’t need to sign the Agreement. Using our services makes it binding.

  • How do I accept the Agreement?

    The Agreement is effective on the earliest of the day of your sign-up to our services or from the date specified in the Order Form.

  • How do you handle disputes?

    In case anything goes wrong, contact us. We’re here to make your life and business work easier. We will do our best quickly and amicably resolve your concerns. If necessary, any claims, disputes, disagreements will be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States of America.

  • What business provides services and stores my business data?

    Services are provided, and your personal data are processed by Digital Muzes LLC, a Washington state business.  You can contact us via chat, SMS/phone at (206) 428-7887 or at [email protected].

  • How do you protect my priviacy?

    As a company offering its services in SaaS model we are aware that the security of our customers and their data is crucial. We treat security as an essential aspect of our business. We know that it is a matter of trust. We safeguard and comply with US regulations and adjust as needed. We are a US company and serve the US market. We do not provide services outside the US.  

  • What data is processed through your services?

    We request you provide us with your business information as the first name, last name, company business name, address, website address, phone number and email address. This is the basic data of yours that we process and store. We also store the data (including personal data) you and/or your customers insert into the services or other data you ask your customers for via the service you use.

  • Do you share my business data with third-parties?

    To make our services work properly, we connect third-party services to your account based on your goals such as ChatGPT, Facebook. Google Business Profile, etc. 

    We also use third-party services to maintain our services, improve our tools, and enable and simplify their usage. Our third-party processors have at least the same level of protection as we do. 

  • What happens to my data once I terminate services?

    Once you terminate services, all data is permanently erased within 30 days of the end of your services. You can also choose to pause your account for a set period of time.
